Robin Hood was a 1980's classic conversion. 1980's Construction and Design Styles, left people closed off in their rooms. It was an attempt to give a busy family some needed space from each other. We Suited this house out Upper and Lower. LBM and crew, blew the walls out that had a "compartmentalised" feel. Then Reno'd the upper floor completely. New Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry. Dressed up with some new floors, paint, hardware and trim. A wide open concept was easly created within that structure. A common build in the 80's. The Dining Room and Living Room now melt well together, with the Kitchen, and flooring they chose. Some fancy Mechanical (Plumbing, Electrical, Heating) work downstairs and in the attic. A Heat Pump, new Electrical panels and upgraded service to 100 amps. This house is now, worth a lot more, and ready for another 30 years of long life.
